    - Through the process of the interview the contractor will be able to quickly determine the 5-10 items that are on the “do-it-now” to-do list

    ● Every home is different, every client is different, this evaluation report builder allows the contractor to provide the client a custom report based specifically on the individual issues of the home and the specific desires & concerns of the homeowner.
